During my time of employment, I was promoted to a Tier 2 technical agent, and received my A+ Certification. Practical Experience: Writing is my job, but it is also my love. Society makes it seem almost criminal to actually enjoy your job, so I still get some vague feelings of guilt over the joy I have in even the most menial tasks associated with writing.
